A power bar is a specific tool, not a general-purpose barbell. Ours is 20 kg with a 29 mm shaft, minimal whip and an aggressive knurl with no centre knurling — because a centre knurl tears the shoulders during a heavy squat and adds nothing to the lift.
Sleeves rotate on needle bearings with enough friction to stay controlled on a slow pull, but without the spin of a weightlifting bar. Each bar is checked for straightness, sleeve play and actual weight, with the measured figure recorded on the packing list.
Available in bare steel, black zinc or hard chrome finish. Bars can be laser-etched with your brand for OEM programmes.

Photograph the container condition before unloading where possible, and record any shortage or damage on the delivery receipt. Send us the photographs, the packing list and the container number and we will investigate against our loading records and resolve it with you directly. Loading photographs are taken specifically so this process is quick.
Yes. Every order is filed with its component list, so a cable or pad bought two years later is the same part. Cables, pulleys, bearings and pads are standardised across a platform family, which keeps stock practical. Less common components may require a production run, and we will state the lead time honestly.
Ratings are published per model and appear in the specification table on each product page — typically 250 to 500 kg for racks and presses, and 180 kg user rating for cardio. Ratings are verified in our load testing rather than estimated. If you need a rating for a structural assessment or a tender, we will supply it in writing.
Yes. We match frame powder coat and upholstery vinyl to a RAL, Pantone or physical sample, and retain the approved coupon for repeat orders. This is common for hotel and residential projects where the gym needs to read as part of the interior rather than an addition to it.
Yes, and we would rather you specified them at the same time. Flooring, storage walls, racks, mats, kettlebell sets, medicine balls, ropes, collars and attachments all ship in the same container, matched in quantity to the machines you have ordered. Buying accessories locally afterwards usually costs more and arrives in the wrong specification.
