Do you provide OEM and ODM services?

Yes. We handle logo plates, cast or laser-etched branding, colour matching against a RAL, Pantone or physical sample, embroidered upholstery tags, custom cartons and — where the volume justifies it — specification changes such as seat height, handle angle or stack increments. Design and engineering are in-house, so private drawings can be produced without a third party.

What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQ varies by model: multi-station systems start at one set, plate-loaded and selectorised machines at five to ten units, and consumables such as plates and dumbbells at one pallet or one complete set. Private-label programmes generally start at one 40HQ container on standard platforms. Mixed-model containers are welcome, and we will suggest a fill that uses the container efficiently.

Can I customise the logo and colour?

Both, and we recommend starting with exactly that. Send your logo files and a colour reference — a physical sample is more reliable than a screen colour, because powder coat renders differently. We produce an approved colour coupon and branding proof before production, and hold both on file so a repeat order years later still matches.

Do you provide gym layout and equipment selection?

Yes, and it costs nothing at quotation stage. Send a floor plan with overall dimensions and ceiling height — a sketch is enough to begin. We return a zoning layout, a recommended station count for each zone with the assumptions stated, and an itemised equipment schedule you can present to a client or lender.

Which countries do you export to?

We currently supply buyers across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, Southeast Asia and Latin America. Trade terms from EXW to DDP are available depending on your market and whether you have your own freight forwarder. Tell us the destination port and we will quote the relevant terms.

Question 6

How long is production time?

Accepted Answer

Standard models typically run 25 to 35 days from receipt of deposit and approval of drawings. Custom colour or branding adds a short approval stage; specification changes requiring new drawings and a sample can add several weeks. We confirm a specific production window on your proforma invoice rather than quoting a generic figure.

How is gym equipment packaged for shipping?

Frames are foam-wrapped, panels edge-protected, and hardware is bagged and labelled per unit against the assembly document. Equipment is steel-banded onto pallets or packed as part of a container loading plan prepared before booking. Solid wood packaging carries IPPC heat-treatment marks. You receive supervised loading photographs before the container doors close.

What warranty do you provide?

Frames and structural components carry 12 months from shipment. Consumable items — cables, pulleys, bearings, pads and upholstery — carry 6 months, which reflects normal commercial wear rather than a defect. Cardio electronic components carry 12 months where applicable. Terms are confirmed in writing on the order, and spare parts for common consumables are held in stock.

Can I order a complete gym equipment package?

Yes — most of our orders are complete floors or defined phases of one. We will specify across all twelve categories in a single schedule, consolidate packing so the equipment fits the container efficiently, and phase delivery around your installation programme and opening date.

Question 10

Can I visit the factory before ordering?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome, and buyers who visit before ordering rarely ask for an independent inspection afterwards. Tell us your dates and the models you want to see and we will arrange a walk-through of the production line plus a working demonstration. We can collect you from Dezhou East railway station.

Question 11

Can I attach a floor plan or equipment list to my enquiry?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The form accepts PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, DWG, ZIP, RAR, TXT and CSV files up to 10 MB. Executable files are rejected for security reasons. A dimensioned plan with ceiling height, and any door or lift dimensions, produces a far more accurate first reply.

What payment terms do you accept?

The industry standard we normally work to is a 30% deposit on order with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. We quote in USD, EUR or CNY. For established buyers with a trading history we can discuss other structures — tell us what your bank or financier requires.

Question 13

What is your minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

Ten to twenty units for most single products, and one full container or a mixed order above 20 CBM for export projects. For a first order we can start smaller — we would rather see your floor installed correctly than insist on a container you do not need yet. Sample orders of one or two units are supplied at full commercial price, which is the honest way for both sides to test a specification.

Can we visit your factory before ordering?

Yes, and we would rather you did. We are in Decheng District, Dezhou, Shandong — about 90 minutes from Jinan by high-speed rail. Tell us the week and we will arrange the visit, including the coating line and the assembly area, and have a technical person available rather than a salesperson. If travel is not practical, ask for a continuous unedited walk-through video instead.

What payment terms do you work on?

A 30 percent deposit with the balance against the bill of lading copy for first orders, and 30/70 or 40/60 for repeat orders. We accept T/T and, where agreed, letters of credit at sight. We do not ask for full payment in advance and we do not ask for a deposit before a specification and drawing are agreed in writing.

What does the warranty cover?

Twelve months on frames and components from the date of delivery, and twenty-four months on the load-bearing frame structure. Cables, pads and grip sleeves are consumables and are supplied as spare parts rather than covered as warranty items — a cable is a maintenance part, and a policy that treats it as a warranty claim usually exists to hide a poor cable specification.

Do you provide installation?

Commercial and multifunction lines are engineered for self-assembly and ship with drawings, an illustrated sequence for the cable and pulley systems, and assembly video links. For multi-station systems and larger projects we can send an installation supervisor, with travel and accommodation at cost, or work alongside your local contractor on a video call. In practice most clients self-install with a two-person team and a day per four to five machines.

How do spare parts work after the warranty?

Every container ships with a spare parts list referenced by model number, covering cables, pulley bearings, pads, feet, pins, grip sleeves and shrouds. You can reorder individual parts without returning anything, and the specification of parts is held on file so a cable ordered in three years matches the machine you bought today. We recommend holding a small on-site kit for the fastest-moving items.

Which Incoterms do you quote?

FOB Qingdao or Shanghai as standard, and CIF, CFR or DDP for clients who prefer a delivered price. If you are new to importing, ask for both FOB and CIF on the same quotation: the gap between them is the freight and insurance figure, and seeing it makes the negotiation with your own forwarder straightforward.

Can you help with a floor plan before we order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send a dimensioned plan with ceiling height, column positions, door widths and your expected peak occupancy, and we will propose a zoning plan with equipment counts and a station ratio for each zone. There is no charge for the layout work and no obligation to order. If the plan cannot fit the equipment you have asked for, we will say so rather than sell you a crowded floor.

Question 21

What documents do you provide for customs?

Commercial invoice, packing list with model numbers and quantities per carton, bill of lading, certificate of origin where a preferential duty applies, and product test reports for the models you have ordered. Our packing list matches the physical container, which is why we photograph the load before the doors are closed — a discrepancy found at destination costs far more than the same discrepancy found at loading.
