Barbells & Bars — what to check before you order
Bar specification is about matching the bar to the training. A stiff power bar is wrong for Olympic lifts; a whippy bar is wrong under a heavy squat. We supply both, plus specialty bars for specific patterns.
Every bar we ship is checked for straightness, sleeve rotation, knurl depth and weight tolerance. That last figure is the one most suppliers will not publish.
